The school is not as bad as you portray. The only thing there is that it is designed for adults. So a youth should not go there.
Bro please how can I pm you?
I want you to help me clarify somethings

Overall, I see you at a disadvantage but nothing is impossible: The English class and the switch to MPH from Political Science. To some degree, I am of the belief that the VO might ask you during the interview if you're a MD or a healthcare worker. Since you've scheduled your visa appointment, just prepare enough and be able to defend why you're taking the switch. Also, what that school has to offer.
Best!!
Bro please what’s the meaning of MD?

When it comes to career choice i dont comment ,,, I love people to do what they really want to do . If you are passionate about a field then chase your dreams . So that switch is possible, you just need to be explain yourself well when asked

My main concern is your school sounds like one chance ......... going to the embassy with that school and then conditional offer... your "work " is harder to be able to convince the VO
Thanks. I will just do my best and hope for success.

My bad......but I want to know can I still use my I-20 again
You can use your 1-20 for Interview as many times as you can before the start date stated on it.

Just prepare adequately, Nairaland is a very useful tool.

I wrote the TOEFL but underscored. Honestly it was a battle between reading and work.

About the switch, Yes it’s indeed a rare one. Please what’s your take on the whole thing?
Although I can relate the MPH to my undergraduate degree and work experience.

Nigeria is an english speaking country so why pay 4 months to learn basic english . Did you write TOEFL ?. if no have you thought of writing it inorder to remove that 4 Months english thing on your admission . Toefl cost will be way cheaper than tution to learn english

Also an interesting switch Pol Science to MPH .....

Hello, from your note, it's obvious your got a CONDITIONAL admission. No one can predict your chances but it's not a good thing if it is stated on your I-20 that you'd be taking ESL classes. Which school is that bro?
I see. The school is National University, San Diego. So what’s your take on the whole thing?

Hi Guys,
I need your help and advice on this please.
My interview date was for 16th April 2019. Got a text later in the day that my appointment date is been rescheduled to 26th April 2019.
I am expected to resume for studies latest 1st May 2019 as indicated on my 1-20.
WHAT DO I DO PLS? I NEED YOUR HELP HERE GUYS ASAP, PLS.
Am kinda confused now.....

Pls help me out o.....
A weekend follows your interview. In my opinion, get an extension letter from the school or defer your admission. You shouldnt have any problem at the POE with any one of these options.

Hello Nairaland family!!!
I am a newbie here and this is my 1st post on Nairaland.

I am seriously preparing for my visa interview in Master of Public Health, coming up next week and I have been randomly researching Nairaland from part 12.

I would love to post my proposed transcript but it is too voluminous. Please what advice would can this family give me as I studied B.SC Political Science and I am starting the MPH with a 4 months English language learning as indicated on my I-20.

Thank you.
