It's time people learn to sue DHL for there scam on people. I started buying stuff online in 2012 and I mostly used DHL back then. None of those items where charged any custom duty. And the painful part is it was tablets. I bought 6pieces in three different orders and it all came through DHL with no damn custom fee.

To answer your question, look for another seller that has that option. Most of these sellers have lost the disputes. I bought three item from three different sellers in Feb, none arrived and I won the dispute after protection expiry. So DHL is a sure way of delivering

no. I'm really pissed right now. Parcel can't take 3 days to arrive Nigeria and pass customs and take over a week to get to me from Lagos.
Contacted their customer representative and they said they have transferred it to my destination since Thursday last week. I'm supposed to get it today but I've not seen any call. So, I'm just waiting

if his order has been picked up, normally, it should arrive Nigeria in 2 to 3 days. It's other circumstances like customs, weather and holidays that can delay it further for delivery
