Hello, i got the same mail now. Have you heard from them yet? Pls do anyone know why they send such mail? Star721: I got this mail 👇👇 please what does it mean?
Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 120 working days.
Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.
We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection.
Kind Regards,
UK Decision Making Centre |

I did an introduction letter to explain my study gap not necessarily for your dependant. Letter of consent for your dependant should come in if the POF is in your account not introduction letter. Pls house correct if I'm wrong. Gabillin: Good evening Please I need your help Is introduction letter compulsory for a Uk Student visa with a dependent (hubby) |

Yes I thought same, but I researched that one can still be a director as well as employee. Like you advised, i will back it up with an explanations. Thanks Gracious11111: A company that you claimed to be yours a few years ago, you are claiming that you are now an employee of the same company. Remember that you are going to declare the previous visa refusal and they will see it that you once claimed that the company belongs to you. Well unless you want to back it up with a convincing explanation.

Pls gurus in the house, this was my UK refusal 2018 for a visit visa. Spare me your precious time to go thru it. I stated then I was self employed with my company. But now I have declared as an employee on contract with the same company and my payment is made in cash. My husband is my employer and sponsor. Is this okay? Aside from SOA, employment contract, reference letter, employment letter, what document should I provide to back myself up? Pls i need to get this right.

Ok. I get it. Thank you sovicangel: Obviously your kids depend on you financially. Fill them in. If they are not traveling with you and you didn’t fill visa application for them, you don’t need to submit pof for them. |

I'm an employee but no one depends on me financially. If i answer no, the space to fill my kids details under dependant will disappear. Does it matter? If i answer yes, will I be required to provide any financial document? It's complicated for me pls
