I have been trying to check location but so many issue rent her fucking expensive. one need to select location, your work environment and so many other things I can't mention. at least it should be better than where you currently staying.

You can get LASDRI at Oshodi behind LASTMA head office. You get it for N3,000.

You will do data capturing and take a lesson too. You will get your card same day. It might take you like 4 hours and it is usually on first come first served basis.

Driver Badge + LASDRI is N4,000

You will get accredited at the LASDRI office and take a slip given to you to the VIS office at Police college for the badge collection

I always have such crazy ideas in every one of my projects when I bring it to the professionals, most times they turn the idea down due to safety reasons. I will always abide by the rules of professionalism because they're experts at what they do, but there are those individuals that will choose to undermine they're safety for short gain.

Be careful with the lawyer, he might be collecting money from your back maybe few %, and letting them go. next thing in his mind is how to take the full property, it sounds crazy. just be smart with him and pray always.

This is what I was discussing with the architect yesterday night, I told him that I will like to gain one more shop by this arrangement you just showed. He was of the opinion that since this is a public building which is planned to have many people trading on it at most times, safety considerations demands that there be 3 different staircases to aid quick evacuation of people and goods in any event.
