True glo no longer operates on the single lte band 28, however not all sites in lagos has been integrated into the new lte band. So if you dont get 4g on your phone be patient.


I also observed that not all the so called glo 4g sim have 4g enabled on it. You might need to confirm that your sim has 4g enabled from a band 28 supported device first.
