I havw done the factory reset but still I can't update or download apps. I don't know what to do anymore.

Pls gurus in the house, I need help concerning my google play store. Its been a month that I have been unable to download apps and update existing apps on my samsung note 2. I use mtn ntwk but whenever I switch to another nnetwork, playstore will start working well.
Pls who else is experiencing this? Is this a problem from mtn or from google?

Use wifi hotspot to connect ur bbm after setting it up, u can now disconnect it and use your normal 3g network. it needs a very strong network to set it up so the best choice is a wifi hotspot.

Royal Roy: Its a light application and doesn't require up to 3g network...an edge or H+ will do.

Probably the mtn network in your area is very poor!!

No bro. The network my Area is ok. Even now my signal is on full H+. Again I use to have a BB and i neva had issues with network service. The only way i can use my bbm on my android is when i connect through wifi hotspot from another phone. It's that frustrating

Pls for those uusing there bbm for android already, what network are u using? Is it on 3g, H+ or wifi. Cos I just realised that my bbm can only use wifi to connect and chat. Though I subscribed for bbm and MTN data bundle but still ain't Working.i am using galaxy note2. What's the way forward cos I can't receive or post any chat.

I think it only works with BIS.....or Wireless... unless you're using MTN... MTN gives free BBM when you subscribe to any of their bundles

Still not working i hv tried it. Why dis wifi nonsense. I hv enough data bundle and even bis but it still won't work.

Pls ppl wats the way forward for this bbm iissue, I'm using a samsung note 2 but yet keep getting a message that my wiireless connection is turned off and "no connection found." I have done turned on my wifi severally and my network signal has always been H+ but yet I can't setup my bbm. With millions waiting, BlackBerry is poised to try their luck in Google Play once again

If you're still waiting for BBM on Android, you might see it soon. According to BlackBerry CMO Frank Boulben, the software should be available for both Android and iOS "in days." He also added that the company is confident that it fixed all the issues surrounding the un-launching last month.

For those who are still interested, we hope the hard work paid off and this time, the launch goes as planned, on-time, and with a lot less drama that we saw three weeks ago.
