The GV-SD2733-IR IP Speed Dome is an outdoor network PTZ camera that offers 30x optical zoom and 32x digital zoom, and is capable of capturing high-definition images (1080p at 50 fps) with great details. In low-light environments, night vision is enhanced by its high power LEDs with an effective IR distance of up to 250 m (820 ft).

Wide surveillance coverage is made possible with 360° endless panning and -20 ~ 200° tilting capacity. PTZ functions such as Preset, Sequence, Auto Pan, Cruise and Tour can be programmed and activated by schedule. MobileTrace®, the first simultaneous dual-mode detector, expands the range of target explosives that can be identified in a single sample for faster, more comprehensive security screening. Designed for law enforcement, correctional and customs use during screening or at checkpoints, the MobileTrace® Narcotics device detects all major classes of narcotics in seconds including opiates, cocaine- and amphetamine-based drugs.
The MobileTrace® Narcotics includes Rapiscan® Systems tested and widely adopted ITMS™ technology with simplified sample results for non-technical users. The unit will give strong visual notifications of alarms, without the need for technical analysis. There are just two simple trigger buttons and a simple operating process via the color LCD touchscreen.

Rapiscan Systems Launches DETECTRA HX Hand-Held Explosive Trace Detection System

The RAPISCAN DETECTRA HX is an easy-to-operate handheld device capable of detecting trace explosives in both particulate and vapor form on surfaces that may have directly or indirectly absorbed explosive residues. For more sensitive, accurate and rapid detection, the DETECTRA HX offers a swipe sampling system and includes a touch-free inhalation sampling method for threat scenarios that involve highly unpredictable explosives compositions.

The RAPISCAN DETECTRA HX is designed to detect a broad range of common commercial and homemade explosive materials that may exist within a single sample, thereby achieving lower false alarm rates. Designed to minimize operating costs and increase uptime, the DETECTRA HX requires only two consumables and does not require many of the maintenance steps that are typically associated with explosive trace detection systems.

“The RAPISCAN DETECTRA HX was completely designed with the end-user in mind,” said Brad Buswell, President, Rapiscan Systems North America. “Not only does the solution detect threats with tremendous accuracy, it also features an intuitive user interface with just three-buttons and detects threats in seconds.
