If it was created for the present owner i think you can recover d account. If it shows d email add n he recognises it as his just click on forgot password or recovet accoubt as the case may be. With some luck it he can recover it with his phone number.

I collected the phone, lunched the app store to re-install whatsapp. It promted me to enter the password to the nokia account. I asked him for the password, he was like wetin be nokia account? Him no get any password joor!
Ha! Brother, this whatsapp no wan continue download without the password.
Wetin we go do now? ...and I was like, uhmm... E be like say na to wipe (restore factory sett.) the phone. But wahala go dey oh, as you go loss all the content of the phone.

I have also tried calling your GZ office, the number 15920468789 hasn't been reachable since before the Chines New Year holiday. It has been 6 days since the Chinese holiday has been concluded and yet the number hasn't been reachable. I have called several times today, still no luck.

I think you should source for your desired products/goods/items or whatever you wanna buy from alibaba, aliexpress.

Contact seller, chat & negotiate price. During the chat na im you go inform seller you'll be shipping through your agent. Make you ask seller every question you would. Don't forget to get their phone number, skype, QQ...

Contact & inform nonnikings you intends using their service, choose wether you want it by express(fastest) abi na normal air cargo. Get their correct address.

Place order, chat with seller again. Request that he/she clearly writes out your name & number on parcel. Provide him/her with agent's/nonniking's address in Guangzhou.
Pay for order & inform Nonni say ur parcel dey arrive their Gz office oh.

Request your seller to send you parcel photo showing ur name & number.

You shouldn't find it difficult...
