TheCongo2: Opportunities like this sound good, but let’s be careful. No verified company name, no official website, and urgent “come tomorrow” trials are already red flags.
We’ve heard too many stories of fake scouts promising Europe, collecting money or documents, and leaving families penniless or young players stranded and even homeless abroad.
Please share proper details about the company, registration, and past successful players so people can verify before attending. Na true, i hear you. Wait for the info, when dem don take boys. cowards die a thousand times before their deaths |

Thereedemer: Na so una dey talk Reach finish begin talk another thing Pls note that the opportunity is not for everyone but for those who truly needs it. You are not compelled to take it because in life not everyone takes opportunities seriously until they see those that took it succeed then they start regretting. Pessimistic people never see anything good about anything part of the reasons they remain the same year in year out. Don't discourage those whose destinies maybe tied to this opportunity. |

Properties › Re: Can I Get A Refund Back? How Do I Approach My Landlord? by kniceyyy: 3:56pm On Jun 20, 2025 |
Host78: So, I'm in a jam right now.
I'm a student and also work online. So I decided to rent a new place last week. The major reason is that I need constant power supply.
In this area they use band A light.
But the problem is that other student occupants don't always pay for meter subscription.
Hence there is constant light but most times this particular house don't always have light.
Before paying for rent I actually asked one of the tenants, the person currently occupying the room I paid for and he actually assured me that the compound has no light issues.
So, when they gave them light a few days ago I decided to go and check the house myself and discovered they don't have light while other compounds have light.
I then decided to speak with another tenant and he started narrating the issue to me. In fact, for the last 3 days they've not seen light in the compound even though the street have had constant light.
That some tenants are even using ac, electric cooker and so on.
So when they recharge it doesn't stay long and worst some don't even pay. I was there until night when I saw one of the tenants, a lady going round to raise money they can use for subscription that night.
She didn't get a kobo from the over 20 tenants there. The compound is that big.
So, even if I say I want to sub for the prepaid meter, with 20 people I don't think N20,000 will even last for the month.
I made the payment but I'm yet to move to the house because the other occupants are still in the house.
Please I'm thinking of going to collect my rent back because I can't cope with this. How do I approach this issue please. Nigeria, no light , no light, no light, now youare lucky |

Ttalk: Good for the economy.
A government that is bold enough to remove subsidies should not be afraid of any backslash that may arise from any measure to save the naira.
Let all remittances be converted to the naira equivalent so the government can have enough dollars for people doing genuine business in need of dollars.
All domiciliary accounts with idle dollars should be taxed. Fire brigade gambling approach again, later they will discover this too is killing business in some way and they will begin to think of something else to do. A clear evidence of incompetence and lack of understanding of the rudimentary concept that will address and drive the economy without having to gamble or guess work. |

Hi Nlanders,, So my niece is searching for postgraduate admission in Computer SC (Msc) and stumbled on SouthWestern University in Ogun State. She saw affordable fees, 3 Sem.s research work, and the location is close to where she resides which she feels is a high plus. So she puts a call through to talk to staff as shown on their website( https://southwesternuniversity.edu.ng/) and she was promised : 1. remote lectures except for exams which she has to come to physical 2. HND+PGD will give her admission for Msc even Ph.D. 3. after online application and submission of credentials, admission is to be ready in 24 hours. Bros these things sound good to be true. So she ran to me with the news. I know when I did mine years back it was a tall order.. Things weren't easy like this at all during my time. Therefore, I began to think, is this school approved by NUC? Besides, how are we sure the course is even accredited? Please if you know anything about this school help us before someone loses cash by running the program in the school and later regrets it. @admin kindly move to the front page. thanks. |
