Ticks can be very terrible when it comes to a dogs health cos they can rapidly multiply exponentially and become a big time problem. Personally i use azinthol together with dog shampoo cos the problem is most lf these dog shampoo claim their product helps to prevent ticks nd d likes but you still end up seeing it on them and it can be an eye sore. Azinthol can be slow to take effect but it does work and it has no side effect even when used on a puppy as young as 10wks as long as its dully diluted.
To end it all d most important is keepin ones environment as clean as possible cos hygiene is important to dogs to,and am open to other effective tick repellants if one comes up. My pack below*sheba(gsd-12months),rex(male rott-7months),tessy(female rott(3 nd half months)
