Lagos business man tunde vows to take legal action as he releases details of a chat Tonto Dikeh allegedly had with philanthropist Kokun, about him. Below are the chat screenshot with caption from tunde saaying This is yesterday chats between @kokunfoundation and @tontolet about me all because Kokun posted advert of my store on his page yesterday. To say I’m livid will be an understatement! This is someone I have never met or had a conversation with saying she hate me to the extent of wanting to kill me, I stand by what I believe as regards people, life, faith and change! In all honesty, this is someone I don’t have anything against. I have never exchange any words with her before but she hate me so much to want to kill me. This to me is a threat and I’m putting out to the public because I need to be sure that I can move around freely without fear of being lynched. I have involved my lawyers and I’m not taking this with levity. You will be hearing from them soon. You hate that I’m making progress and what I stand for. You hate that a black man with a hope and future is making waves and touching lives of people. I dare You, Tonto Dikeh to come out openly and point out my gay partners, people I have been involved with, that you know, otherwise be forever silenced because you just looking for someone to drag into your shitty life. I know you will want to counter this and cover up with even more lies but you know what, I will make sure I get it to the last with you for trying to bring me down. A Lagos High Court sitting at Igbosere yesterday fixed Friday October 27 for the trial of suspected kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike alias Evans, for alleged attempt to kidnap the Chairman of The Young Shall Grow Motors, Vincent Obianodo. The trial judge, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, fixed the date following an application by Evans’ counsel, Olukoya Ogungbeje seeking to quash the two separate charges filed against him by the Lagos State Government. Evans was brought to court alongside other defendants. Meanwhile, the Federal High Court in Lagos also yesterday entered judgment against the Nigeria Police Force in the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by one Mr. Okwuchukwu Obiechina said to be the brother-in-law of Evans. The meeting is coming 12 years after a similar meeting was held in Lagos, when former Fovernor Ahmed Tinubu was still Governor. Six South-West Governors present include: Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode; Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose; Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun; Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu; Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola and Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi. The Governors of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike; Edo State, Godwin Obaseki; Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu; Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; Akwa Ibom State, Emmanuel Udom and Ebonyi State, David Umahi, are also present. Three of the governors were represented by their Deputies. The Festus Keyamo Chamber has raised the alarm over imminent release of edited video on Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh by her estrange husband, Olakunle Churchill portraying her as being involved in domestic violence against him. A statement from the chamber issued by Okechukwu Uju-azorji, warned bloggers and journalists not to use any edited video on Tonto Dikeh or faced being sued. “It has come to our knowledge that her ex-husband, Mr. Olakunle Churchill has perfected plans to release a short and edited video depicting and portraying our client as being involved in some domestic violence against him. “Our client wants all bloggers and/or journalists to request for the full version of the video showing the said domestic scene which started with a physical abuse of our client by her ex-husband, which earned her a swollen face. Her ex-husband only intends to release our client’s reaction to the assault on her and not the assault itself. “We shall be prepared to take legal action against any blogger/journalist that uses the edited version without insisting on or showing the full version,” the statement said.
