*NOTHING BUT A FALLACY*

“On a way of struggle there is a sacrifice and death is the most occurrence”. When generality of people are clamoring for change in the country, we concerned Lcc staff also clamoring for change in Lekki Concession Company (LCC) under the watch of Managing Director MM Hassan and Operation Manager Olumide Ebenezer Oni.

Instead of Managing Director to investigate the allegation levies against Olumide Ebenezer Oni and the bad equipment at the toll plaza, LCC Managing Director MM Hassan rush down to the page of punch Newspaper (August 1, 2019) to debunk the allegation against himself and the Operation Manager Olumide Ebenezer Oni “Birds of the same feather”

Without any gainsaying, there is no iota of truth in what MM Hassan published on the page of Punch Newspaper. Its nothing but a fallacy and his using that to cover up his own atrocities since he know that, he will soon go out of LCC.

In lieu of this, we staff of LCC use this medium to call on Governor Of Lagos His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Lagos State House of Assembly, EFCC to investigate the following allegation under 3years watch of Operation Manager Olumide Ebenezer Oni and see a lot fraud perpetrated especially while Managing Director MM Hassan was on 3month Medical leave and he was appointed to be acting MD---

• Monopolize contracts to influence and influence the price to fraud the company.

• Bring in a new contractors that supply new Stage and Swift-pass Card that failed and over millions of naira was wasted in his trial by error to siphon money to his purse

• Low quality intercom and intercellular for communication with high quotes price even when staff complain it of low quality and can’t serve it purpose; he ignore and forcefully request it to be used in order for it to be replaced every 6month.

• OPM claim to have purchase of chairs at the rate of (#50,000) per one. The chairs that are not suitable for work

• Damaging of Boom and Boom-Arm that makes system to be malfunction between the month of January 2019-June 2019 is another style of fraud used by management because they claim they have replaced it time without numbers.

• System Malfunctioning is also part of the issue that makes LCC Management under the watch of Olumide Ebenezer Oni not to deduct the money passage of the Stage users between the month of January 2019 – June 2019 which makes LCC Management siphon money close to 500million. And they later write off all the debt of the Etag user in June 2019.

Aforemention Victimization and consistent Harassment of staff, we hereby call again on the ever-cautious and listening Governor of Lagos State His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu and the Lagos State House of Assembly to wade into action in investigation immediately the three years under Olumide Ebenezer Oni (OPM)’s watch in Lcc.

All we demand is Justice, Equity and Tranquility to reign!

*VICTIMIZATION OF STAFF OF LCC BY TOP MANAGEMENT: THE TRUE STORY*

Lekki Concession Company Limited was appointed by the Lagos State Government on the 1st of June 2016 to take over the operations & maintenance of the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, due to the State's desire to restructure the operations of its assets on the Lekki-Epe corridor under single umbrella.

The vitimization, harassment and molestation of staff of LCC by the Operation Manager Olumide Ebenezer Oni, The Assitant Plaza Mangers- Olusanya Oke, Abidemi Balogun and Umoru Jerry without any intervention of the Managing Director- Mr Mudashiru Hassan has prove beyond reasonable doubt that the Managing Director has only been involved in "Alausa Secretariat" Management instead of proper monitoring the state of things of the organization under his care but allowed his staff be molested and harassed by the Operation Manager and Assistant Plaza Managers.

Under the careless watch of the Managing Director, the system of the organisation has been malfunctioning since 2018 but instead of making efforts in repairing and putting it to shape, the management is busy with gross embezzlement and fraud through introduction of various systems that are not necessary for the growth of the organisation. When the Operation discovered his lapses in the system failure, he then decided to put the blame on staff that they perpetrated fraud which is far from the truth. The practice in all stations of LCC is that each staff is closely monitored by CCTV, and also tender themselves for declaration and proper search of their pockets at the point of entry and exit. How is it possible to steal duck money in an environment/premises fully monitored by CCTV? Does it mean those cameras he fraudulently installed are for mere design? Did he catch any staff red-handed through any CCTV footage stealing from the duck? If at all there is any act of stealing, it therefore means, it's been influenced and backed up by too management who will thereafter get their own share of the loot.

It is unfortunate our Operation Manager did not put all the above questions into consideration before crying foul and taking laws into his hands by using his influence to arrest staff. If we truly want the gaint in LCC to raise again, we must be ready to flush out this plague like Olumide and Apm (Abidem Balogun, Sanya Oke and Umoru Jerry) who is no good to the organisation at all; at least he has openly told us that his mother is a full blown card carrying member of the witchery council.

Under the watch of the Managing Director, the system of the organisation has been malfunctioning since 2018 but instead of making efforts in repairing and putting it to shape, some quarters within the echelon of management are busy with gross embezzlement and fraud through introduction of various systems that are not necessary for the growth of the organisation.

When the Operation discovered his lapses in the system failure, he then decided to put the blame on innocent members of staff that accusing them perpetrated fraud, which is far from the truth.

The practice in all stations of LCC is that each staff is closely monitored by CCTV, and also make themselves available for proper search of their pockets at the point of entry and exit.

*My questions*
1. How is it possible to steal duck money in an environment/premises fully monitored by CCTV?

2. Does it mean those cameras he fraudulently installed are for mere design?
3. Did he catch any staff red-handed through any CCTV footage stealing from the duck?
4. Can there be stealing without connivance from some quarters of management team? If at all there is any act of stealing, it therefore means, it's been influenced and backed up by management team who will thereafter get their own share of the loot.

It is unfortunate our Operation Manager did not put all the above questions into consideration before crying foul and taking laws into his hands by using his influence to arrest members of staff illegally. This is anti social, it is barbaric, cruel and lugubriously draconian.

If we truly want the gaint in LCC to rise again, we must be ready to flush out this plague which is not good to the organisation at all; at least he, the *operation manager* has openly told us that his mother is a full blown card carrying member of the witchery council. He did not stop there. He has gone further threatening most members of staff. Till now, staff cannot do there work with rest of mind. Many staff now come to work with bibles and Qur'an in their pocket for fear of spiritual attacks, evil machinations, and a conglomeration of multifaceted expected atrocities from him. We all know nothing good comes from a witch.

Sir(s) this ugly trend has affected productivity adversely as it is obvious that the way we work before has reduced drastically.

The statusquo remains that the *fear of operation manager is the beginning of wisdom*
because everyone is afraid at the sight of him, because his mother is the *head of witches* as he has always told us openly.

More so, should anything evil happens to the staff, operation manager should be held responsible as we all know that witches are just there to kill and destroy.

On a note of finality, we want the Lagos State Government to put machinery in place to carry out in depth investigation into this matter under Olumide's watch so that we can together take LCC to a greater height we desire..
