Sorry nairalanders, you'll have to bear with my typing style cuz im using my emergency kpalasa. So anyways, some health officials visited our school recently with doses of the yellow fever vaccine. Because of the conspiracy theories about vaccination flying about up and down recently,only a few students stepped out to boldly get the shot of the vaccine. When they came back to class,their classmates began taunting them and even started instilling the fears of death and the microchips blah blah blah, even though it wasn't covid vaccine that they took o. So anyways, the vaccinated ones became a bit scared but i immediately cautioned their classmates and calmed their nerves. So my questions now are these;are we really going about this vaccine fiasco the right way? Suppose there was an actual outbreak of yellow fever? Will anti-vaccine championists like Righteousness2 ever have their kids vaccinated? am i a hypocrite for rebuking the other kids when the fear in me wouldnt also let me take a jab? Since Henry left we’ve never really got a complete striker that was up to the task like he was. We’ve always signed strikers that have their own limitations. Auba for example is fast and a good goal scorer but once he’s not get fed with thru balls he’s useless , he can’t press like we see some other strikers of other teams do; Giroud could score with his head but can’t make a run with the ball at his feet and score goals. Lacazette can press , disturb defence and rugged things out but he’s not got figures to show as goal returns.

Until arsenal get a striker in the mound of dem Suarez that can do everything in front of goal we may keep asking for more strikers every transfer window

I won't patronise you on this, but just to share my experience on something similar to this third eye thing.

Many years ago, I got this old version of KJV Bible from my dad. I began reading from Genesis and I really got engulfed in it. Then I noticed a lot of changes in me that at times when I come outside the house, I happen to see some strange sights in the skies. Like I am seeing the ends of the firmament, etc.

Later on, I had some female friends online, though they wanted us to me meet but it was never my stuff because I never wanted to get into any relationship then due to the fear of how I was brought up.

I noticed that whenever they lie to me, I just knew they were lying. One once told me one day while chatting that she's hungry and had nothing to eat. I replied, "But you're eating eba and bitterleaf soup." And she was shocked. She asked where and who I was and I just asked her to brush it off.

If not that she knew I was in Lagos, she'll never believe I wasn't around her because it almost became a serious point of frequent question she'll ask that how did I know?

At another occurence, one told me she is in the kitchen and I replied, "But you're on your bed lying down, facing the ceiling with your hands raising your phone towards it." Till date, she's yet to accept I'm human. She calls me spirit/ghost. To make it more difficult on her, I don't upload my photos on any social media. She would ask questions and get same answer she had while i wasn't there. Note, she's also in another state.

Another was apologizing to me and asking for forgiveness and I just told her, "You've broken your promise." She asked if I knew what she was going to say and I told her, "You've lost your virginity." She was shocked too. And since then, she never try lying to me on whatever it is.

Another who we always chat hilariously daily, asked me a question that she heard that Satan was like an handsome white man. I told her Satan in appearance is, "From neck to ankles like a man. From neck to head like an angry looking bull. But can also transform to any form." And after reading my reply, she reacted, "WHAT!?" And since that day, she stopped talking to me till date.

This went on for years. If you tell me the truth, I'll just know. If you lie too, I'll know. But the whole thing just seem to reduce or even vanish after I began getting pressures from family, work and everything and everyone else. And to make it go almost off, when situations ain't smiling.

Though some days, there are times that when I'm calm, I do notice it. My mind will seem blank but I'll keep doing what I'm doing without making mistakes.

I still get sensitive to sounds, movements and even low pitched voices around me.

So I just want to ask, is it in any way connected to the third eye thing?

Honestly I think what the author of this post has written up there is pessimism taken to another level. How can arsenal fans celebrating recent good run of games mean we are getting carried away ? The first 3 games in the season we were all bitter and unhappy due to the season not starting the way we wanted it, we lost games we should’ve won or drawn and we demanded that the players and management do better .

Now we are enjoying good run of games , we have moved from the bottom of the league to 6th position , it is only normal for us to be ecstatic . It doesn’t mean Arteta has automatically turn to the best coach in the world , but then it means something has changed . Maybe Arteta is not the right coach for arsenal , but we can’t blame him when the team is down and still criticize him even when the team is up . Haba!

I don’t want to be seen as siding with Arteta on this but I think comparing the team Arteta has at his disposal with what ole has at man utd is just not right .

I’ve said it in the past and I will say it again; I didn’t support Arteta’s emergence as Arsenal’s coach and even after his emergence I wasn’t convinced about his tactical soundness post FA cup final...: yet I don’t have a choice but to get behind my team and hope we get better runs of games . I won’t cut off my nose just to spite my face. If the management of the club has not given Arteta the boot, u don’t expect us to be pessimistic everytime just because we perceive Arteta to be tactically unsound and very much inexperienced .

For now let’s enjoy the good runs of games , when it’s time for us to lament we will do that no doubt .
