Hi guys,
Has anyone who received a mail without venue been contacted for venue yet? Can one mail them to request for a venue to enable one plan his/her journey? Cos not all of us live in Lag and if their plan is to tell us the venue a day to the test, it wouldn't be fair on those of us who have to travel. Is anyone in my shoes?

It's not just Workforce handling this recruitment. I did my test and interview with Canton Concourse at Lekki for the same IBEDC. What we were told though is that IBEDC themselves would contact those who scaled through the interview for a qualifying interview at IBEDC, Ibadan. Maybe Workforce and Canton Concourse aren't handling the same units or something. Who knows. Or why use two recruitment companies. The wait is something, my advice is that people should distract themselves with other applications and whatnot.

This week hopefully. I called them last week and was told the interviewer for the next stage is on a project. The i asked when the person I spoke with thinks we'll be called and he said this week.

truthfulness: Just one interview and I noticed they were asking questions to test your managerial skills, to see wat you can do or how you tends to improve them. Every questions was based on CV n wat you replied.
They asked me "WHAT IS SUCCESS TO ME". So jst incase, be prepared. Overall it was not tough. Good luck.

I wish u d very best in future endeavors.

How low is the salary structure? I'm trying to read up on the company in preparation for the interview but not much is available on them.

EGRESS: How was the interview today cos I did mine today though I was a bit late for the interview, I was still allowed after given a genuine excuse. the interview went as planned, not difficult and d interviewers were friendly which ease the whole show. I thank God for what He did for me today. Very expectant!

okeyjames: That was how I was with an interviewer months back, he saw my baptismal certificate and raised up bible discussions at first. He said I know you are from a christian family, I said yes. He now asked me, "Who is James?" Little did I know that he was asking me about myself I thought it was the James in the bible. I started: James is the half brother of Jesus Christ. He wrote the book of James and bla bla bla. The man just tire for me. After saying all those nonsense, he now reminded me that he was asking about my James not the one in the Bible. I was like WTF......Interview no easy o but confidence is KEY

This is funniest I've read so far. I actually laughed so hard.

Maybe you should study gmat and shl questions generally. They hardly recruit on a large scale basis so people who know about their tests are few in the first place.
