Congratulations to everyone who has gotten TS letter and those who have done medicals as well. We'll have more success stories soon in Jesus' name. As for me, I just recently applied to GTbank but no reply/invitation. So this morning, I saw one comment here with about 5 HR staff email addresses and I again sent to all five. I'm joining this Orange family soon by God's grace. I pray the soon doesn't extend to 2015/2016. |
Jarus: What do you mean by ordinary graduates?Hello Jarus, I read your thread and agree that these firms are great places to start one's career. Please I really am interested in financial or risk advisory and would love to work with Accenture. I'd be the first to apply for a graduate trainee job there if there were vacancies. Do you by any chance know their recruitment process? Please I'd appreciate a response |
beau49: Have you tried applying to any of these audit firms and Access bank I think is still recruiting?I've applied to those with openings presently. Thanks for the information, I'd check out Access bank |
I'm an accounting graduate with a 2:1 and I need a job. |

Congrats everyone that made it to the end. To those of us coming after you, please I have a few questions; How many recruitment windows do they have per year? I checked their website today n its like the portal for 2014 recruitment is closed already. Please when is the best time to apply n how do I go about it? Thanks |
Hi all, please I'd like to know how you guys applied to EY....against next recruitment. Please your responses wld be appreciated |
Those applying to risk consulting department like iarsc, forensic, ita...the procedure is slightly different. Abbywassc (hope i spelt that right) did a good job on providing information on the AC stage but I'll add a few more tips; When you want to make your personal presentation, make sure you opt to use visual aid i.e writing your points on the board for your audience. You'd remember more n appear co-ordinated. During your group work, dont be scared of taking leadership reins. Assign tasks to team mates; time keeper, collator of points, presenter.... Make sure you're contributing. Dont let yourself be 'bullied'. Enough said Socialise with other applicants before entering for your exercises. I was asked if I had met anyone from my uni amongst other applicants. Turned out there were two people from my uni but I didn't know. Bottom line, if asked something tricky, give smart response Now to my own problems, I did senior manager interview on the 9th of July and till now, I'm yet to get a feedback as to my success or otherwise( otherwise is not my portion, amen). Seriously though, its scary cos the feedback for AC came a day after and this one has become a week, no response. Anyone in my shoes? I called HR yesterday and was told to calm down and that it had to do with my interviewer not providing them with my results yet. I shall now proceed to pray on the man's case |
I pray the soon doesn't extend to 2015/2016.
