I believe it depends on the position you apply for, cos I didn't have any issues with mine but when a friend was applying for a different position it only asked for 3 certificates. Abi how many did you upload?

Edit the Are You Disabled field, if you checked NO before, just check Yes and re-check NO. Proceed to edit the NIN
