First off, you need to register the company for the production of water with CAC (in the event that you have not yet registered I could be of help) then for the purposes of Nafdac you need to have registered trademark in the name you want to use for sales before NAFDAC will follow you up with the various tests and clearance. You could get an injunction from court authorizing you to destroy all other products that are counterfeits thereby making you sole importer/producer of said products
