#SoWeHeard Mohammed Salah is in a heated tension with the Egyptian FA over failure to vote for him in the just concluded FIFA #TheBest award.

The Liverpool forward finished fourth in the rankings behind teammate, Virgil Van Djik and Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, Captain Ahmed Elmohamady and Team Coach Shawky Ghareeb revealed they voted Salah but claimed their votes were not registered on count.

Furthermore, the only bite to have been registered was the one from Egyptian Journalist, Hany Daniel who voted Sadio Mané and Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Salah.

Although, this isn't the first time Salah is having a heated tension with the Egyptian FA, the first coming from a cancelled plea by the FA after the star-man has called out for protection from fans who attacked him outside the stadium when Egypt where eliminated from the AFCON.

From all indications, the rumour seems to hold water because Salah has removed every link between him and Egypt from all his Social Media platforms.
