Hello house I need your urgent advice , I have one son and since 5 years we have been trying again . Until when we went for HSG and the test says bilateral tube blockage . So we went for an ivf the first one fail and the second one success with twins and after 7 weeks they stop growing resulted to high blighted ovum. So went for evacuation. The doctor said we should try 3rd ivf and I don’t have much again. But I read articles here where they said serrepaptesse , xio Chinese tea open fallopian tube . Please advice me . Should I try this drug . Does it work . I am confused . They said with castor oil as well . Please someone write . I need urgent advice

Please go for another scan @ 8weeks + the scan should be able to see a sac and even heartbeat in some cases. Please let her go for another scan as soon as possible

Was she on her leutal support? Since pregnancy was confirmed? I mean progesterone and estrogen/HCG as recommended?

Though I am not in nigeria then so she went to do it but I am not sure if the doctor really do it well or he lied , so we went to another lab to do test again and we where told that it still bileteral blockage . We call the doctore he said we have to come for flushing again . Please what could cause the blockage ? Can delivered of first son caused it . Can it be open , please share idea . Please and please . What is the way forward please 🙏

And if you are still bleeding or not so that people can know how to advise you

The pregnancies is now 8 weeks and more so I saw blood 🩸 about 2 weeks ago where the doctor said it may be threatening miscarriage . The blood only come out just little and stop . Since then no blood but when we do scan , I saw two empty black sac like and with little substance and the doctor said we should rescan on Monday , but I went to another lap to do scan . It say missed twin non viable . I don’t know what wrong and my wife stop seeing symptoms

Doctors said it threatened miscarriage and after that we do scan and doctor said the babies are fine until today that we went for a scan and the sack is black with tinny white substance in them and doctor said no heartbeat and he will repeat the scan . I saw a big black sack with a tiny with inside the both sac. Please I want you to help me out here is anyone or has anyone experienced this . House I need help . I am down and scared .
