Well i noticed dt too, but jst because they made an upgrade for every bb10 and that fortunately makes the Z3 to automatically start keeping upto 8 apps on the apps tray, doesnt necessarily mean its hardware is fully capable of dt, Blackberry is jst telling u to enjoy d feature but use ur head. If am nt wrong, its the only BB10 device with jst 1.5GB of RAM, the others are frm 2GB upwards. U knw hw importnt RAM is to multi-tasking. Mine can comfortbly sit upto 6 apps on hold, depends on the apps sha..

according to. Y research its all bb10. Even my cousin's q5 does that too. Buh wat I do is I dont open more than 5 or 6 apps and wen I dont I make sure im not really doing any heavy thingy on the phone

depends. If u collected a file through bluetooth check ur device/sd card then check bluetooth folder. If u downloaded it. Check download folder

Hello all, good afternoon to everyone, please I have an issue with my Z10, I noticed sometime ago that music's I send through my blue tooth doesn't show in my music player, and pictures too do not show in gallery, I've been managing it, but just today, I transferred some very important pics to my phone forgetting the issue, now I'm in a fix as I need those pictures badly. Is there anyway I can see them? Immediately after the transfer when the picture received notification pops up. I can see the pic, but after that it's as if they just disappear. Thanks

your phone memory or sd card is full. Try deleting some files to free up space. Your pictures and videos are still in you file manager. Check for them there

What data plan do u use on ur BlackBerry Z10? I use airtell network and I have subscribed twice this month, I mean that of BBC which goes for 1,500. You can imagin my fraustration, I just resubscribed last week saturday, a week today and I just got a message that I have used 75% of my data.

airtel is a bloody thief. Cheap data buh dey zap it as fast as anitin. Try using glo for 1000 4 3gb or mtn sme data plan. 1200 for 1gb

when I run one heavy app and maybe 2 other apps, my heavy app turns transparent indicating that i have to refresh it when it opens again

maybe you shldnt update at all and maybe you should but gotta say, I don't miss the old OS at all. New OS 10.3.1.17XX closes apps more often but opens android apps much quicker even ones that didn't work atall on the 10.2.1 now actually work. Overall the feel of the new OS is better. Just wish they would fix that memory issue WHILE RUNNING 8 APPS.

I'll advice him to use the current OS for a month or two bfor upgrading. So he experiences both worlds, only den can he easily fish out bugs by comparing. Somtimes dese upgrades dnt wrk for all of us. My Z3 came wit 10.2.1 and shortly afta dey wer alredy autoloaders for 10.3, didnt upgrade for about 1month plus and wen i did, i culd easily identify bugs and dats hw i kept switching till i got a suitable one. My point, he needs a base...

yeah thats true tho. he'll be able to appreciate the phone and d new os better.

i hope you do realize that the BB Assistant relies solely on your network to find information that's not on your device? so if you're going to measure speed you have to put it in perspective..the speed of your network slows down the app

if you want to test, do a search of a number that's saved in your contact app or open an app. if you try to find anything on the web, then do it when your network speed is fast. unfortunately, there's nothing close to fast internet speed in Nigeria

oh now I get. There two types of search using the blackberry assistance. The one using network to search on d web and the one that searches things on your phone.
