I'm not a good narrator but for future reference purposes here is the summary of the second stage assessments at workforce group academy
It consists of written exercise, situational Judgement test and analytical exercise.
For the written exerciseYou'll write an essay on whether dress code is needed in a work place or about the pros and cons of graduate Trainee jobs. For the SJT, they'll give you real work examples and you'll relate it to yourself and pick the best answer and least answer. For the analytical exercise, you'll be given some information about a company then another paper that your boss asked you to do a job for him and answer some questions from a client and give him feed back. It's really time consuming. All has to be done in like 2 to 3hrs. We were told they are still rolling out next stage invites so patience.

exactly my thoughts. I have done some online searches. The analytical exercise will be in form of problems and we should give solutions to it or come to a conclusion what the cause of the problem is

How legit is this invite. I'm skeptical about it cos we were even asked not to bring phones or escorts along, isn't it weird.

exactly. I think it's when we have qualified for the scholarship we will be asked to apply. I'm not going further with this application form.

3. Scroll and click on German_Nigeria training program (there are 2 for Nigeria, the 1st is Msc while the 2nd is PhD)
4. Fill out your personal info
5. Download the form. I have not been able to view the form though

I was able to open the form on my laptop and it's asking a lot of information and details which one may not really know the answer to. And I'm skeptical if we should actually fill something like this and submit to them since we were told not to apply to any of this skools or anything. Try to open the application form to know what I'm talking about

Be positive that you will be granted visa. Rejection rate is low if your true intention of study is clearly evident. Meanwhile, money can be refunded on provision of your visa refusal letter.

Although funding or proving financial capability (weda tru blocked account, scholarship or sponsorship letter) is very important as visa CAN NEVER be granted without dat, even if ur required documents are 100℅ valid and complete, and even if ur interview was 100℅ wow

forgive my ignorance but what happens to one's money if he has a blocked account buh is not granted visa?

Truth is having a sponsorship or blocked account does not determine if you would be given a visa.

I know bout few cases where all the necessary documents were provided by student applicants and were still denied visas.

What guarantees that you will be given a visa is based on your performance during the visa interview aside having all the necessary documents is;

How well you did your research matters a lot,

How well you answer the questions,

How much you know bout your school, the course of study, the city were your school is located and the country.

How you compose and comport yourself during the interview,

How well you are able to convince your interviewer you are actually going for studies.

Etc....

Hi guys. I've been going through the pages of this topic for sometime now and I can confess it's been a tough one. And the thing too plenty sef buh not withstanding im still reading through. A quick question plz, does having a sponsorship letter or opening a blocked account a guarantee to get visa and study in Germany or one can still get rejected even if you have any of the two. Thanks

In the requirements i read that we must upload our nysc discharge certificate and im gonna be rounding of service by october. Meaning i cant apply?

With this registration number it means he has passed out and done his pop na abi, so why are they saying serving in kebbi state instead of served in kebbi state. I might be wrong tho. use ur school ID card or simply just go make an ID card. If those is too hard for u, i think you can collect their mobile app and transfer ur money to another bank amd withdraw it. Just saying.

I dont know how it will really be done but im pitying the stream2 already cos they actually reserved the worst place for u guys. Ok so i was at my local govt secretariat on friday when i heard a principal of a skool calling my ZI and i managed to eavesdrop (no be amebor oo, na boredom cos am) abd and i heard her telling d principal to calm down that she didnt receive any corpers cos her skool is far deep down into d village that there's another batch of corpers coming in stream2 and that shes definately sure that theyll post them there. So stream 2 corpers pray well ooo

I understand how you feel bro,I believe graduates of professional courses should be posted to firms and organizations that requires their area of specialization,one thing is just that some people will still teach,I rejected myself from the two earlier place I was posted until I was reposted to this third company and its better,you can try talking to your ZI.

exactly bro. Some will still teach fine but not those that studied professional courses and finished with good grades. It hurts tho buh im over it nobody should just expect that i put my all into this nysc program. Ur even lucky u can reject ppa,its not possible in my local government. My inspector ehn, in summary shes a she devil. Imagine an inspector telling you no break or holidays for corpers that we must be around for cds every Thursday

honestly I wouldn't have complained but since i find myself in this delima i have to. I said corruption in the sense that with money or whatever you have inbtw your legs as a female one can get a very comfortable ppa or even ghost it.

This country tho. Nysc should either be scrapped or amended. The discrimination towards engineering students is appalling, after using 5yrs+ in skool will end up teaching in this nysc scheme while other course like law and medicine are treated with respect. The officials in this nysc system has made the system so corrupt and rotten that people do all sorts to influence the posting and at the end of d day the innocent ones gets thrown to the leftovers which are usually bad and nothing to write home about. God help naija
