It depends on the state you are, I can be a good friend but i'm in Ph

Mine was submitted since April and when I track it shows Application received.. last update 2nd may.
I have been checking no update since then.

My concern is I have a valid UK Visa and am supposed to by my ticket because I have a course to attend 1st week of July.
From their website they said those that applied before the suspension of dropbox is not affected. For me it's not a problem because I have a very good travel history.
I've been to US 3time and the highest I've stayed is 3weeks.
Is it a good idea if I ask them to return my passport or I should give them more time but flight goes higher.

Pls has any one experience this...
I submitted my passport for US Visa renewal via dropbox since April till date I didn't receive
any acknowledgement email from DHL or Embassy that my passport has been received.
After waiting for days I have to login to check status of my passport and it shows:
Passport received
Case created: 2nd may 2019
Last updated:2nd may 2019
Till today it's still same no changes..

Pls help has any one experience such or I better go to DHL if my passport has been sent back.

Pls who can help me, I applied for Canada tourist visa and got and email after 20 days stated Visa application, tracking Id No. - passport has been couried from Canada visa office Application Centre, on vide courier partner.
No Courier name and tracking/waybill no was given.

I tried using my application tracking no to track UPS no luck.

Please who has an idea?
