Good day Nairalanders, pls can someone help he... I applied for a certain type of UK visa from Nigeria that takes awhile for processing, then its TLScontact before they transitioned to VFS Global
I received an email from the home office that my application is successful (e-visa issued)that vsf global will get to me, a day after, I received an automated email (do not reply) from vfs Global telling me to submit my passport.
Application that was submitted more than a year ago in Lagos and I paid for courier return which I still have my collection slip with me hoping to receive and email telling me my passport is ready for collection and has been picked up by DHL with reference number for tracking.
I could not reply the vfs Global email and could not them on phone too, both vsf global and tlscontact.
