No jump to 50 kg first oo.. start with 10-15-20-25- and be progressive. Start with what is hard for u to repeat easily and continue from there is what I mean but don't just jump to 50 and start tearing ur muscles. That won't help u. Stress the muscle progressively. Good luck 🤞

Protein shakes for weight gain. It's expensive to keep up so I will advise u stick to eating overdose of beans steady and workout morning and evening lifting heavy weights. Pump urself consistently with beans and iron. U go shock

With my experience so far I won’t encourage anybody looking to gain muscle to dabble into steroids. Anything that can shortcircuit natural phenomenon always have their disadvantages and it usually outweighs the advantages. Looking to build muscle mass, this can be achieved naturally and although it takes longer time to achieve, the gains are permanent and even when you stop training for months they still stand strong. But you see that steroid consistent use will affect the testes and in some more severe cases fry them up permanently and shut down sperm production. Going natural consists of eating right and training very very hard which takes lots of discipline and the foods you eat can be incorporated to form a lifestyle which you as a man can use to train your family. I for one know better the kind of things to feed my family on when I eventually start one. Avoid junks and eat healthy. Most importantly, go natty on the iron way. Goodluck!!!
