You sound so ignorant! Have you heard of Toxic Shock Syndrome? It is very wrong to insert a tampon when you are not menstruating. In fact, tampons come in different absorption levels from light flow to heavy flow. Wearing a tampon for heavy flow when you have a light flow can increase your risks of TSS talk less of wearing one without being on a period.

Heavy flows can be a pain! When on my period, I wear a tampon and a pad, and still, there are chances of leakage. The blood pours like a river, I had to resort to tampons and diapers. Having an opinion over something you have never experienced is ridiculous and extremely immature. Chill out.
