Gone are those days, no more land in Lambe. Land now at Otta is from 300,000 to 350,000 per plot.

A bout land instalment payment, I will not advice you because so many offer of such are available but not all of them are realistic. At the end of the day it will be taken over by someone else and the land owners.

On the other hand you can get a cheap land in Nigeria arround Ota in Ogun State with just =N=350,000 only.

House for sale is also cheaper if you can afford one and it is of commercial value.

When I started work in 1989, I was only having Certificate of University of Lagos in Computer operation. I feel not confortable, I therefore when for Distance learning of Unilag which I wish I could get with the 5 years regular program but I spent up to 8 years before having it. The To-Whom-it-may concern in BSc. Administration plus my computer certificate got me a new job also in the Computer department, which I was till now and even now I am a junior Manager in the computer department.

Also, in 2002/3 I was admitted into LASU Anthony Campus for MBA in Marketing which I finished in 2005 and since I have not been able to get my To-whom-it-may concern due to a lot of missing result from LASU Administrative laxity which I could not challenge but to put in all it takes to get the results or retake any that is outstanding but the University is not comming out with the results as expected and I had spent almost =N=320,000 and spent 8 years in getting the MBA to now. At a stage my wife was very hard on me and I was almost frustrated and look on to God favour and I was adviced to go in for PGD in Information Technology pending the time the result of MBA is out, which I did in 2007/8 and I have gotten the To-whom in PGD(IT), but that of MBA is still pending. All these I am passing through and the woman is no longer co-operating any more, the money is not enough again and the woman always reffer back to the MBA wasteful decision. I am still on the MBA result because if I could get it I have a high hope, so I had decided to ignore her on may ocassions when she made a reference to my MBA.

I have worked for almost 21 years to now from 1989. I have nothing to show for it. My salary was so poor, and I could not do anything with it. Bellow is the Analysis;
1989 - 2001 Average Salary of 144,000 per annum. - 12,000 per month.
