Nothing wrong in getting an idea what the pay range is if possible.
I don't know if you understand what it means travelling down to Los every time there's an invitation e-mail from careers.feedback.....in people's inbox.

And an idea of the pay range will really go a long way in helping folks decide what steps to take as there are people with multiple offers with potential good pay whose recruitment activities are also clashing with our beloved Dangote Refinery.

in my opinion, i do not think this is the time and place for salary asking, besides, executive trainee should not be negotiating salaries, it should have been set by the employer. psychometric test is a broad spectrum of tests to evaluate the performance of the individuals to match the job profile they are looking for. this include quantitative/numerical, verbal and aptitude, spatial and personality tests/questionnaires. so far, we have participated in all save the personality part!... so expect stuffs like feelings, emotions, anger and stress , reserved, experimental, care-free, attitude to integrity, honesty, alcohol, and drug use.... and the likes......
this is my candid opinion and this is what you should be looking out for. Best wishes and my mind tells me the next could be the HR chat/section afterward.

i did apply and i got the regret mail .. apparently because my first degree was obtained about 7 years ago despite i acquired my masters a year ago..... well, its apparent that they are looking for Fresh 1st degree holders.I wish you all the best. this sums up my last attempt to apply for Shell Graduate recruitment, Experienced hires should embrace me from now on..... i don try!

apparently, everyone here didn't seem to have it their way. personally, for the life of me, i could no phantom why i was demanded to provide the BP of propane!...Propane? he just picked that and started throwing negative sentiments in the air. I felt sad that all they can say about the interview was the BP of propane. However, I asked the Lord for favor and that it will all end in his praise. For anyone who didn't do so well as you may have prepared, there is still hope left, not on what you have adjudged yourself or interviewer but on the basis of God's grace and favor.

I believe I was part of the last group interviewed @ 4pm on sat,24th october,2015. We were asked to discuss on agric sector and what contributions could be made to bring about economic developement. Given 35 mins and out of the 15 invited, 9 showed up.90%chemical engineering graduates. I think as a group, we did quite will, gender was well spread at 50/50,individual contributions were engaging with facts and figures everywhere. In my opinion, the panellists( 2 males of Asian origin and 2 Nigerian males) were very impressed at team work, organisation and Critical thinking ability...on the testimony side, while I was still on my way home, I got a mail notification informing me of being successful in an activity I just went through barely 45 mins ago...God is good o....this na Jesus wonder in my eyes...well,till 28th Oct, 3pm, same venue, it's God speed.... 4 the other successful candidates, carry the following with you

regarding cost of going and returning from work, i reside in Akoka area of yaba and i work in Lekki, patronizing BRT lagbuses has subsidized and stabilized my transport cost since it costs me only 200naira from my bus-stop in abule-oja,yaba to ikate round-about in lekki.returning is a little tricky but i take the danfo to TBS,board Lagbus to barracks and spend around 100naira back home.so daily total gives (50+50+100+100+70+100)470naira or peak 500naira.i leave my house @ 6:30am and i make the 8am resumption time.i get home after COW @ 5 around 7:30-8pm.so this is a very nice alternative. thanks for reading.....

I ADVICE U FIRST FIX THE BORNE HOLE AND COMPLETE THE PLUMBING THEN U CAN SHOUT OUT TO THE ROOFTOP. THIS CAUTION FEES IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT AND IT JUST DOES NOT ADD UP.I RESERVE MY COMMENTS ON THE INTO TO DETAILS FOR LEASING THE APARTMENT BUT THE LOCATION IS PRIME AND RESIDENTIAL.
