The same Perez is also owing me money for unlock that wasn't successful.

Worst case is he confirmed pet. has returned the money to him, to refund me the money since October 20th unlock request was placed. He promised 5-14days. On November he said unlock was not successful he would return the money.
A week passed no refund then he claimed he didn't have money to return at that point, I was patient then Dec 2nd he said the money has been returned to he's account that he would refund me that week. Since Dec 2 till date Perez has refused to refund me or pick my calls even reply text, and he's number goes through sometimes its on call waiting.
