No not at the onset but it is more likely to go higher after listing until the results starts rolling and people can estimate the value of the new entity and also remember this is probably the worst scenario. A more probable ratio will be 1 for 2.

What of the ratio for holders of dangsugar? I think the worst will be 1 for 3 which will still be profitable to a lot of people if listing price is N100.

Wow, terrible result. Nestle is going to collapse and close down....Probably not. The smart ones will put this on their radar and try to pick at ridiculously low prices and then make insane gains a year from now. This is the way the game is played.
