I first used National ID card but it was totally rejected. Later, I used my Voters card and it was accepted, but I couldn't get through the facial recognition. So I used my friend iPhone to do it. Boom! It was accepted.
However, when I lost the phone to that I was using before, I transferred it to this Gionee F205 Android smartphone. The ID reverification and facial recognition didn't give me any problem at all. It just went smoothly.
My advice, try to use another ID type if you're finding it difficult with the one you use or rather change your device if having issue with facial recognition.
