Something I learnt recently, which may help one or two, after your first interview with the company, send them a thank you mail withing 24 to 48hours, thanking them for the opportunity.

Also that's a good way of reminding them about the skills you felt they needed but you dint remember to tell them during the interview, and emphasizing on something you noticed during the interview.

Something like "My time management skills has helped me to...." e.t.c

Also after the thank you Mail, give it 10 to 15 days, send them a mail again, especially for a company you know they need someone urgently.

Something like "I would love to let you know I'm still very interested in this position"

If you don't get any response back between 2 to 3 months, send a last mail and just let it be.

That shouldn't stop your job search though.

I learnt this, and it has worked for someone I know.

what if after u av passed all recruitment stages and the mail u got was that ur application is in view nd valid for one year, within this period you might be called? Any hope?

I'm not trying to discourage you but they pay less than 20k for entry-level and the less Dan 20k is not certain if you don't meet your target. So it's your call!

maybe it's in batches..since the training is 4 weeks lets hope after the training another batch will be contacted..coz I'm sure they wouldn't have interviewed us to that stage if they don't have the space for us..#iamhopeful

inflation is caused by too much money in circulation but the question is where is the money in economy? when has money supply increased? when has CBN reduce interest rate so as to increase investment? As far as I'm concern the high inflation rate is not caused my too much money in the economy because NO economic decision have been made towards increasing money supply. have always said it, Nigeria need to increase investment and not discourage it. this step by CBN is bad for the economy because an economy heading towards recession need to be revive not by decreasing the investment potential. even if the increase in interest rate reduces inflation as stated and proved in other economy, but it's when there is enough money in pocket of individuals (disposable income) that is when you try to mop the money, but in nigeria the minimum wage has never been increase and you say too much money is in the economy.

Honestly all these private companies in lekki are just mean and stupid. How can you say you want to pay a graduate 25k or anything below 50k for a graduate position and the person is probably not living in the island. Is it proper? My advice: Anytime you get an invite from a company in lekki that is not well known please don't waste your tfare. Lesson learnt.

sorry about that, but not all companies, there are companies that pay much higher in lekki

need help on this pls...last week we'd which was on 17th I got the invite for test but I was disqualified after the chat don't knw what went wrong though. and today I got another invite for friday for the same test. my question is, am I still eligible for the test? coz the last time a guy was asked to go home as he couldn't make it past the chaat nd came bak the 2nd time....anybody with info on this?

the test was tough...50 questions and u re require to have 60% which means u must answer 30 question correctly...I was unsuccessful as I got 25 and also nepa took the light in the cafe I went to..nd I still av 19 minute remaining then..i wish the successful candidates the best..it was an experience

Lagos candidate that passed the online test was not contacted up till now. i put in for lagos nd did the online test which I got a success maill but no invite for PBT..

is this recruitment still on the workforce online test? or its diff.
