d form came out late last year...I can't really say when next d form will be out since there is going to another governor come July. but u will have to get these things ready.
1...ur admission letter(for PG student)
2...ur state/local govt of Origin certificate
3...scholl biodata form
4....ur credentials
5....passport photograph
6....ur school ID card...etc

I have not received a dime too oooo.....heard FUTA guys have received there own....but don't know how valid that is.......if you have any info concerning FUTA or any other school....please share.

Ve been tryin to apply too...in fact ve wasted my time and resources both at cafe and on my system..to register na wahala,it will just be tellin u d email has been used or error and to sign in wit d account details used in d last useless recruitment exercise,it keep telling to verify my mail addy...after clicking on verificatn,it will bring out error..i tink dey still need to fix d site.
If anyone has by chance done his/her own via d net..pls tell d house how u go about it ooo...its well wit us all
