I am just seeing this documentation stuff. Pls, I am an awardee for last year, and my question is-does the documentation covers last year awardees or the new ones?.
I really do need answers.

It's for all awardees, and no message was sent to that effect. I know that Kwara and Niger States has started documentation, but i don't know about other states.

I was an awardee last year but have not yet been paid. Does this documentation stuff only cover awardees of this year?
