well, the day ends with dissapointment. 14 days and still counting... Received a message today that the order has been shipped even though you claimed that it had been shipped earlier. And why is the order showing 'complete' and not 'Shipped' on your website (it was still 'processing' as at yesterday).

That's how the system works. When an order paid for has been shipped, it will turn to complete.

Excuses upon excuses. You should know that 2 wks on upfront payment is simply not good enough. And tho I can't really remember, I don't think I will go ahead with the transaction if the phone was 'on pre-order' or 'out of stock' Well, hoping it will be delivered tommorow. What really matters is for you to get the phone at the end of the day, coupled with our after sales service and be happy with it

We have COD on some products within Lagos. We are Kulimart not the mentioned stores.

No COD outside of Lagos for now. We have many Nairalanders who can testify to our swift delivery, see attached image.

As explained earlier the delay was due to unforeseen circumstance.

The said person pre-ordered the phone. We do not have it in stock when the order was placed and He's aware it's pre-order which takes a little time. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a little delay from China which made us not to meet up with 10 days time frame.

He was told it will be shipped today and it has been shipped.

I am sure that those who knows the value will still buy it. There are many MIUI die hard fans who will cough out up to 200k to get Xiaomi device.

I got an information that our goods arrived this evening.

We will ship your order on Monday, same to other customers who pre-ordered, we ship on Monday because our logistics company work only on weekdays.

Remember it was clearly stated on the product page that the phone is on pre-order. You don't have to be annoyed because of the shipping cost, it's not our fault nor we are happy about the rate. The money goes for the shipping company not us. Pls don't compare us with others because of shipping cost, because you can't compare China infrastructure to that in Nigeria.

The shipping cost is for doorstep delivery.
