No protest or unrest in any city due to any ICE activities. People were not rounded up in immigration courts, hospitals or schools.

Okay,but the way I see it, the whites in those cities where this mostly happens are majorly against deportation of immigrants, whether illegal or legal ( This is the job of ICE agents) and that's where the perceived force from the ICE agents and the resistance from the citizens started.
Now, they can't just be stationed at the border because the people they're trying to deport are inside the country already. And I might as well mention, I think this is mostly influenced by the dynamics of politics in their country
