Had my heart in my mouth all through the journey. Funny thing was, months after I booked my flight ticket, Facebook started suggesting "Plane crash" videos in my news feed.

I can literally tell you every single plane crash from 1980's till date. On the day of the journey, I arrived Nmandi Azikiwe airport quite early, 4 hours before hand. Well, I was cooking from Markurdi, so that explains my timing. Didn't want to hear any story.

Got to the airport early and in addition to my waiting time, the flight was delayed, I mean a 6pm flight delayed to almost 4am the next morning. This further worsened my anxiety.

People were complaining in the airport, some almost beat up airpeace staffs. Omo, I just they observe. You know nau, first time flyer, I can't be disturbed.

We sha landed in Lagos successfully. But I could feel every single turn of the plane, every move, every bumb. My brain was in a high alert state.

Sighed a heavy breathe when the plane touched down. Was a mix of happiness and fear. Was the longest 50 mins of my entire life.

Well, ever since then, we've gone on many now including international too.
Has the fear gone, no never.

I can relate. Mine was in 2007 Oct from Lagos to PH (Arik air), had my hearth in my mouth through out the Journey, had to be praying through out the flight.

I don't think the culprit needs a physical ATM to initiate the transfer. Once he has the required ATM details. But still the bank and the NPF would have been of great assistant to nab the culprit.

Why not lodge a complain with the EFCC. I think they handle case like this, especially when it has to do with cybercrime.

@Bolu1986 How where you able to do the POP ceiling of this building before plastering and after plastering, there seems not to be particles of plastered cement stains on the POP.

there is no how bricklayers will work without splashing cement on the pop, that's the only reason why plastering is done before pop, if they can maintain that, no issue

I know its advisable to do wall plastering before POP ceiling. But in some cases due to some unforeseen issues, how will you advise a customer who intends to do POP ceiling before wall plastering, is this advisable?

We have saw mill @Ikorodu, Mowe, Sango, Ijebu Ode, Ibadan, Benin By pass, we are going to supply you from one of our sawmill that is closer to your site because of cost transportation sir.

The question now is where is your site located sir?

What is the length and breadth of your building, I'm guess is all rooms ensuite with a visitor's toilet, and they are standard rooms with standard sitting room and kitchen.

Do you have parapet attach to the roof level of the building, if you don't, you are going to need facial board which I will include in the quote but if you have parapet, there won't be need for facial board, since the parapet already replace the facial board.

lastly are you using pop, pvc or abesteos for your celing, these questions will determine how the ceiling noggin will be construct, for instants if you are using abesteos ceiling cover, the noggin wood work will be 4 x 4.

If you are using pvc the noggin woods work will be 2 x 2.

If you are using pop there is no need for noggin since the binding wire that will hold the pop will be join to the tie beam, the pop installer won't need more than 20 to 30 pieces of 2x2 just for support.

All this in consideration have a long way in helping you to save cost and giving you ideal of the best way to serve you better.

Thanks for the reply. To be sincere, I don't know the exact measurement of the length and breath of the building. But yes the building already has parapet attached to the roof level and will also be using POP for the ceiling. All rooms are en-suite with a visitor toilet as you said.
However, I will find someone to help me get the measurement.

I have asked but I was told I can't get the exact number that I need to construct the wooden frame first.
Though I agree with them but I believe with someone who has experience in this, one should be able to determine plus or minus base on experience so that I can be prepare cos I don't want to construct the wooden frame and leave it expose for long. Thank you
