It is crazy out there. I feel sorry for most of you guys. I am hardly exposing myself to the elements. Even my home is a Faraday Cage of sort and the next structures I am building will have underground basements which I will spend most of my time. There are too many cell phone towers everywhere and with 5G going Live, wahala dey. I am designing more Tower Bursters and putting them allover my homes as kill switch for EMF/RF signals.

It is necessary to get to zero point of Quantum field during daily meditations to reset the nervous system.

I know many people like to focus on breath, I say focus on the heart beat, very quiet till you can sense your heart beat and focus on it. If you can focus on it for 5 minutes each night, you are okay with that. Your brain and body will reset instantly and you'd be fine with that.

Since you ask, I will respond frankly.

You and I are not really our physical bodies, we are the Energy Beings that actually 'drive' the physical body, the physical body is just a vehicle for Mission Earth, which by the way, is a Simulated Computer Game-like existence we call 'Life'.

So, after death, I know I will be out of the computer that hosts this reality and return by default to the 'More Real' Universe that this Simulation is hosted from, of which my physical body is just an egoic avatar. I have had a peak of that world, and it is beautiful.

If for any reason, you as a person or any other individual has a mental creation or perception of where he/she intends to go, such will be the reality after death but very temporal in the life of soul in eternal reality.

But I do understand that there are some matrix programs designed to keep this Universe engaging, and wish everyone the best, irrespective of their journeys.
