Due to the insecurities in the country especially since the past decade , Lagos has experienced influx of people from other parts of Nigeria including from neighboring countries, amongst these people , the Igbos seem to be more ..

unlike most from the Northern part , Igbos don't only reside in Lagos , they have their investments here , pay taxes , rent some of the most expensive apartments etc in other words adds immersly to the Lagos GDP .

Now , it's an open secret that the Igbos are the ones being disenfranchised especially in Lagos .. with so much evidences

An igbo person is not contesting in Lagos but because of such tribal alienation, it's too insensitive for anyone to start making tribal comments to make a caricature of the Igbo tribe and their interest in Lagos ...


Igbos have never had time for politics in Nigeria, and as a matter of fact they don't even know how to play it ... But note this today , as the Igbos are learning the naija kind of politics, in a very near future, they would be masters of the game and when such tribal sentiments arises again ....
