In There Was a Country, Chinua Achebe wrote about how many of them and other technocrats worked for Biafra free of charge. That's a clear sign of people who genuinely wanted their country to succeed.

To answer your question, in first 5–10 years, nothing significant will happen but you see clear signs that the new country is headed somewhere.

Give it two decades, other African countries will want to copy the Biafran model because there's clear love for country, determination to excel, people sharing the same prosperity ideals and culture, and industry to drive the new country to success!
