Atiku Abubakar, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate, has claimed that United States President Donald Trump supports his proposal to restore fuel subsidy if he wins the 2027 presidential election. Atiku said his proposed “Production Subsidy” would support domestic production and refining, increase fuel supply and ensure Nigerians benefit through lower pump prices.

He argued that supporting strategic energy production is sound economic policy, pointing to the United States’ approach to supporting domestic energy production. Atiku also criticised President Bola Tinubu’s administration for opposing relief measures for ordinary Nigerians while granting waivers, incentives and concessions to multinational oil companies and businesses.

If Atiku really said this, he's an utter disgrace and a slave.

Tell him we don't need a slave as Nigerian President.
