Celebrities / Re: Tax Protests: Kenyans Berate Destiny Etiko For ‘Insensitivity by KushLyon(m): 2:04pm On Jun 30
Bobloco:

It's the truth, no doubt, but I don't know the divide you are on; that post was insensitive and an insult.

1. It is not insensitive because she never mentioned Kenya or referred to anything concerning them. Other countries experiencing unrest might as well come out and say she is talking about them. You people will just take an harmless post and twist it into something else. Maybe tomorrow when she comes out and post about how she loves good food, you will say it's insensitive to people that are struggling to get food.

2. You either take what she said as an insult or a reality check because it doesn't change the fact that it is the truth. So you're now triggered because she said the truth?

Of course not, which invariably means that the post was very insensitive and displays Nigerians and Nigeria in a bad light.

How is it insensitive? People hate hearing the truth and what she said is the gospel truth; we are too patient
Celebrities / Re: Tax Protests: Kenyans Berate Destiny Etiko For ‘Insensitivity by KushLyon(m): 12:29pm On Jun 30
Bobloco:
Destiny Etiko was indirectly referring to Kenya in her post, and she deserves to be berated by the Kenyans.
Infact, Destiny also insulted Nigerians in her post

Giving the impression that Nigerians don't hold their elected leaders accountable.

Do Nigerians hold their elected leaders accountable? undecided

okay. How do I get this Linux mint sir

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10f4899srvc?si=4ZzlXK82zBQ56mx9
That is the video I used. It will tell you everything you need to know about installing Linux mint. If you don't have a flash drive go do the installation, you can just use a memory card of at least 8gb and a card reader

thanks for taking the time out to read my message.
I'll definitely be upgrading it then. My issue is I'm buying it at Ikeja. Will they be able to help me install Linux as well? And if I install Linux will I still be able to update it the way windows is updated?

I've never used Linux before but with your recommendation I will like to try it. Which variant of Linux would you recommend? Sorry for the plenty questions. I'm new to it. Thanks.

Lol. There's still more I'd ask after I get my laptop. But this is all there is for now sir. Thanks once again.

You can have windows and Linux on the same machine if you want (that's what I did). There are tutorials on YouTube to help you install Linux when you're ready

qtguru:
I doubt they can in CV, but you can start with Windows for now, in the future just have Linux in plain view and yes you can update. I've used it for 7 years plus, it's very stable but I'll admit it can be complex too sometimes, I'd advise using Kubuntu and Plasma it's like Windows.

Or even Linux mint, that's what I'm currently using

I can still see some olodos blaming telcos grin since I started monitoring my daily data usage, I can say that MTN aren't consuming any of my data. These days I can even tell how much data I have used after spending an hour on YouTube and when I actually check my usage, I'm mostly right

I used to defend these Binance guys b4, but when I made a deeper research i realised that its almost like mmm ponzi scheme and Sam friedman is a real con artist who is using investors funds to fund his girlfriend private company

This is how to spot a very clueless person. Sam Friedman is the founder of FTX exchange, how does he relate to Binance? Your entire post stinks of ignorance

But, if you come to know that the MBs wasted on the task and the time invested in doing those task doesn't worth the penny that is being paid.

You're giving task that requires internet, you buy internet, some task requires you to down a certain app to get rewards, if you know how much you're expending on this task given to you for $10, you will understand you have spent much...

Anyway, it's truly none of my business, they can keep tapping to cashing out...

So you won't talk about the MBs and time wasted on social media like Twitter, TikTok and Instagram but it becomes a problem when it comes to cryptocurrency grin the funny thing is that they don't even consume data, you can be tapping on TapSwap for a whole day and you won't use up to 100mb but just 1 hour on TikTok and 500 MB is gone, now which one wastes more MB?

So tapping your phone has become more of intellectual work since tech is taking over wink

So, we can now call tappers tech or cryptocurrency gurus🤡🤡

It's an airdrop, each coin that wants to launch can decide how they want to do their airdrop. Some can give you tasks to do on social media, others like PI has automatic mining where you just have to start it every 24 hours, and as long as people are making money from it, why is it giving you so much pain? Or is anybody disturbing you with their tapping? Maybe the sound of your neighbors tapping their phones is preventing you from sleeping 🤡 🤡

Typical Nigerian that believes the only way to make money is to be working in a bank or selling gala in traffic, anything that involves people working comfortably from home through the internet gives them high blood pressure grin cryptocurrency don become spiritual work

Nigerians are just too gullible, someone is using their time and resources to drive traffic to his app and ranking up on Google play store to make money for himself and they think he will pay them.

I laugh.

There is no app on playstore. Tapswap is a bot inside telegram or is it telegram itself that is trying to drive traffic? The same telegram that is already one of the biggest messaging app and is ranking high on playstore?

Expect telegram to block every bitcoin exchange platform...You cant win the govt ..They have every resources to destroy you...so shut up. You know nothing

Genuine question, which person would the government tell to remove every exchange platform on telegram? The thousand of developers that maintain it? Telegram is an open source messaging app, there's no CEO, no director, there's nobody to hold responsible. Good luck to you and your foolish government in trying to shutdown exchange groups in telegram, you are obviously the one that knows nothing! I have bookmarked this page and will remind you again in some months from now to see if the exchange groups have been removed on telegram. Maybe you will tell your government to also remove crypto groups on Whatsapp and Facebook, mumu people

Clown. Do they think it’s easy delisting P2P? These guys have gone far. They have the phone number of their fellow traders. Even without crypto website they trade bitcoin offline. Like the children of this politicians, why won’t they educate their father about the recent technology? You can never tamed anyone in this modern age. VPN and other tools are available for bypass. If the whole crypto company delist Naira, Chinese traders will still be trading with them. You don’t wonder why Chinese buy USA iTunes card and pay in Naira? Make una Dey play

I just look them dey laugh. Even if they manage to remove p2p from all the exchanges, what of telegram? There are groups and channels in telegram that are dedicated to p2p trading. Let's not mention the fact that some people are still using Binance p2p till today, but hiding under other African currencies like Ghana cedis

Exactly. If you don't agree tell me a single developed/seriously developing country where they don't teach with their native language ins school.

Knowing your native language is the number 1 high esteem booster. It doesn't stop your from learning 10 other languages too when you're an adult.

Norway is one of the most developed countries in the world and English is mandatory in their schools despite their native languages being Norwegian and Sami. Brazil is a seriously developing country and is considered an advanced emerging economy with the 9th largest economy in the world but yet over 90% of their population speak Portuguese. It makes no sense that being able to speak ones native language is tied to economic growth, I see no relationship there. You are saying high esteem, that one is for you because me I don't get any high esteem from speaking my language. High esteem doesn't build an economy, political stability, infrastructure and international trade does. So now you want to tell me that Nigeria isn't a great country because many people can't speak their native language?
