The probability of this demands is as high as 80% - 90% given that Lagos State is generally prone to traffic gridlocks, it will be wise for the workforce for these facilities to live as close as possible to the facilities. From the foregoing, it is obvious there is a housing deficit of not less than 300,000 housing units in Ibeju Lekki and environs.
