Why not go to your neighborhood or your friends neighborhood (must be somewhere like a ghetto setting with Large population of kids) and assemble kids, buy meat pie and soda for them, and tell them you're organizing a dancing competition the first to third would win between 3-10k.

Their parents would happily release them to you, after recording their dance steps you can select any 3 and declare them as winners.

With less than 20k you should be able to achieve this. Then edit the video and post it on tik tok and YouTube shorts...if people like it they'll be asking for the full video, which is enough motivation for you to release your video track.

Stop spamming Nairaland with meaninglessness threads...it portrays you more as a nuisance than an artist.
