Is there any lady here or do you know any lady that went to the higher institution twice? Like, got a bachelor's degree and still went back to school to get another degree due to one reason or the other.

Deception is when you are working in a church, for a pastor and telling yourself that you are working for God. As far as I know, God Almighty, the creator of Jehovah, Allah, etc do not ask anybody to work for it. God Almighty is the TOTALITY OF EXISTENCE, therefore how can anyone be fooled into thinking that he is working for the TOTALITY OF EXISTENCE when in the actual fact, he is working for a co-subset of existence like himself? Whether you are an usher or you work in the sanitation department or you are the pastor, we are all still working towards winning souls for Christ which is the work of God so we are not working for the pastor...(point of correction). Cos when the church is clean and there is order, people come to church and eventually give their life to Christ which is very important to God.

What about your pastors advising you to tell your employers that you have to close early on week-day service days so that you can get to church early?

It depends on the church you attend. If you don't like the way the pastor treats you or the church members then move to another church, the pastor is not the God you are serving.
And when you work in the house of God you are not doing it to receive praises or gifts from man( your pastor) but from God. Your pastor shouldn't bother you that much, God sees your heart and he will bless you. That's all that matters.
In my church, the pastor doesn't insult us instead he carefully corrects us.
I've not really been in the situation of worn out shoes or anything like that but I'm sure that there's nothing you would ask of my pastor that he won't look for a way to provide if its something he can do. The last time my pastor equipped a lot of people that were not doing anything in my church, he gave them money to enable them start a business.
My pastor won't do anything that would make you lose your job. He is even the one that let's us know if there's any job opportunity cos He has a list of the names of the youth and their occupation.
Actually sir, you are the one that needs to open your eyes and accept Christ before its too late.

This is true. I hope they change for the better.

1. You would have less worries i.e you won't have to disturb yourself thinking of if your bf or gf is cheating on you or not.
2. More time for youself i.e you would have more time to think and plan for your future.
For those of you in school. The time you would have spent in your bf or gf's house doing things that are not important, use it in reading your books and come back and thank me later after you see your exam results.
3. No sex: Sex can lead to std, and HIV/AIDS is also real, and for girls you might get pregnant when you are not ready and for those that would decide to abort the baby; you might damage your womb or die in the process.
4. No one will monitor you: No one would say I saw you talking to Peter what were you people discussing, who is the person you were talking to on phone.
5. No heartbreaks: No one would break your heart and make you cry.
6. You would have more time to spend with God and he will direct your path.
I'm not talking about being single forever. But before you get married you need to sort yourself out. You don't need to tie yourself to anybody at such a young age, there is time for everything.
