Okay, I guess you're on PC, your IDM is probably in conflict with your browser downloader.

My advice;
1. You can download it to your phone and transfer it to your PC.

2. You should uninstall your current IDM, then permanently disable window defender by following the procedures in this link https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/how-permanently-disable-windows-defender-3679498/%3famp

After that restart your PC, then download the newest cracked version on the same website via

The don't forget to install new antivirus if you have none before, before installing the new IDM, make sure you disable your current antivirus, or else it will interferes with the installation, after all of these, you'll easily download the Adobe Photoshop to your PC.
