My best advice to you is to keep the money in the bank. And invest around 10% of it to help you provide for your younger ones. Find a job and get paid for your services. When the time is right, opportunity will come. But if you push it, you'll get desperate and definately fall into the wrong hands.

My sure advice to take on your big competitors is: THE STRENGTH OF BEING SMALL i.e. u can identify your customers on a name-by-name basis and can deal wit them one-on-one.

Big companies appraoch is a one-size-fits-all.

Customers like a personal touch; give them a call regularly, attend their functions, share their joyous moments, send personalized e-mails to them, give them excellent tailor-made services, listen to their complains and give a timely, sincere and intelligent response, make them your best friends and before u realize it, u r taking on d big guys.

What u have on d inside is what reflects on d outside; believe u can and then u can.

Hi, i want to start a business but my competitors are much more financed than i am. They have all these fancy looking websites and lots of free offers that will surely attract clients. My edge over them is that i have been coached by most of them and from my experience and personal knowledge i am now able to provide much more qualitative services than they do. But the problem is, how do clients know mine is better? They will always go for the big shots who provide fancy free stuff that will do the clients no good. I cant afford to compete with them, and nobody will believe i offer better services than they do. Can anybody advice me?
