Heads up. It's better to eat pasta than the ramen noodles. The pasta is whole grain and has a good amount of protein. The ramen, even without the seasoning that comes with it, may have a ton of salt, and you can't trust the nutritional value. The ramen is also dried by deep-frying it. Pasta is industrially air-dried.

It's also easy to make your own noodles/pasta. But it takes a little while, and it's pretty physical too. You can get a little pasta maker to do that though. And fresh noodles/pasta taste better.

Also for the first time I have started buying lots of pasta now because ramen price has doubled in the last 2 years
pasta is a better value these days
