Labodinho, two of my friends got 240 and 207 in JAMB.

240 applied for Masscomm and 207 applied for Nursing.

What should they aim in P.UTME?

P.S - The one with 240 is from catchment(Ondo) and the other one is Igbo.

The one for Mass comm will need 23+/40 and the one for nursing will need nothing less than 30+/40.

No,not back door.She read as u said u read but u know the questions are random questions,the ones u get isn't same another will get.So it's not even only by 'hard work' but by 'prayer' which leads to God's Grace.She's frm catchment,I think Ogun state.So never give up yet,pray n read.

While some are still trying to maintain balance on reading whatsapp is arising.I don't buy this idea of whatsapp but it's all about your choice.If you know you're not stable enough,plz runaway frm social network for now.A frnd got mbbs with 208 n 35/40 n her secrete was that she was damn focused.If u can mix socials with reading,go ahead but if u can't,don't waste this year.#ma opinion.

Hey.Reason for that is cos last year,some actuarial science candt. said they were asked if they had f/maths in their o level result.But it's controversial,they've not published it if it's compulsory or not.If u have the normal combo for the course,no probs.

20 That's too obvious,hw old is ur O level result?I think the limit should be 7-10yrs.That reminds me,if anyone is sitting for waec/neco gce this year n wanna use it for unilag,sorry,it might not work o.Someone lost admission cos of that.Reason:They said the result isn't mature enough that they need statement of result.

1)Equations-simultaneous or quadratic and mostly word problems leading to simultaneous Eqtn.

2)Factorization

3)Probability

4)Indices and Logarithm

5)Trig.

6)Number base

Rare but also important topics are

7)Elevation and depression

8 )Long. and lat.

9)Variation

10)Mensuration

11)ETC.

Supplementary will come with courses u can select from not that u'll choose any course.The courses that won't be among the supplementary courses u can select frm are gotten by ppl u know that can help u in.

No bro,they aint.They are just IQ questions.Basically,maths(15),Eng(15) and GP(10).40 questions/30mins.

Labodinho, pls i want to apply for Direct Entry. I have my OND from Yabatech (Accountancy) Lower Credit (Second Class Lower), though (2.86). Which institution do u think a lower credit wud be considered to do any social science subject. Coz im currently working in a bank for my IT and i wanna remain in the banking industry with the small connection i've gotten there. I also wrote jamb and scored 237 for unilag, but still wanna purchase DE so all my eggs won't be packed in just a basket?

I can't say specifically the Institution that can accept lower class but if you can go through the brochure,u should get a uni.If I were in ur shoes,I won't bother much on D.E. but focus on the putme.I'd choose a course(last year cut off) like finance(59%),Insurance(55%) or Act. Science(57%).
