I am worried guys, I ordered 2 phones from Aliexpress same time but only one was delivered after 1 month. The second one is no where to be found. Thought I've won my dispute and my money refunded but I want to know if someone has experienced a similar issue with Singapore post (Aliexpress standard shipping method)

Send a mail to NIPOST customer service to inquire about you package(s).

Remember to include your name and tracking number(s).

They will reply you with the current status.

Please can someone tell me the email I can use to inquire of my item from NIPOST.

The tracking has not been updated and its remaining 9 days.

Sure. Na so them do me. I had to go to their office before they delivered the next day

What was exactly the last update on the package before you went to their office, and was it when you went there you got your package same day?

It showed "RECEIVED BY LOCAL DELIVERY COMPANY".
When I went there, I was told the package has not arrived, that maybe it's still in Lagos. When I showed them the update that it was more than 2 weeks ago, the man asked me to write down my number.
The next day, I received a call that my package has been with them and they want to deliver it. Then, they did

You can go to the NIPOST office to inquire. I had to go there before I got my package which arrived 3 weeks before
