Wow I obviously did not expect this many responses in less than 24 hours!!!!

Thanks for your replies, it's good to know the opinions of my fellow nigerians. When I tell my brother he says its because i'm americanized. I guess i'm not so americanized afterall.

Despite that I pleaded with you all to please be respectful with your replies, Some of you have however put up some insulting replies. just in case you did not understand or even bother to read my post, The above questions are not my opinion, i dont agree with them either, i think they are shallow, immature and old school as well so insulting and telling me to grow up is unnecessary. Yes you know yourselves, mr brownjay, jumie,

sam milla, your imagination is very vivid and perhaps a little bit weird and disturbing, tone it down a bit abeg, you are scaring me.

just good and bawomolo, i didnt refer to myself as a perfectly balance woman, that was the analogy i used to describe my future sis-in-law (hopefully) so before you go around reigning insults, try and learn to read properly. just a word of advice

And lastly about #6, I dont necessarily beleive that, i just put it there to grab y'alls attention and i suceeded heheheheheheh!!!!!!
but some naija girls are baaaaaad to d bone mehn!!!!! dating peeps fathers and all, scary!

Once again thanks for the response.

Guys like you are a dime-a-dozen wink
My sister e pass dime a dozen o, dis one na one in a zillion lol

[quote author=RichyBlacK link=topic=390444.msg5443251#msg5443251 date=1265242866]With this kind of view you wouldn't know a good Nigerian man even if he smacks you in the face, of course figuratively!

Also, you don't have to marry a Nigerian, if I had your viewpoint I wouldn't.
Honestly, if you read my post clearly, you'll see that the first word says "many" meaning not "all". ya dig?

if i see a good naija guy, i wont judge him, but honestly those i've met are very chauvinistic, and trust me i'm quite open minded not one to stereotype. maybe its just my luck,

about marrying a "good" naija guy, who can pass dat up? naija guys can be correct but itll be nice to tuck in their egos too.

There's no substitute for having dose convos in pidgin and all d stories slangs u learnt when you were growing up.

Many nigerian men even the so called enlightened ones have this whole "I am God" thing going on. Y'all need to wake up and smell the coffee. Women know thier rights now so act up and you get disgraced. It serves all dese nigerian men right. An african american man no matter the pedigree will always address a woman with respect and allow her voice and input in a marriage or relationship. most of us are just wary because of family pressure to marry naija men. If I had my way, I'll pick up a clean Af. Am. guy any day over a naija guy that thinks he's the answer to every womans problems. KMT!!!!!
